This position will be located at the Indianapolis, Indiana office. HCC is excited to offer this opportunity to join our close-knit team working in a rewarding culture that has the excitement and challenges of a fast growth HR company. 

We have a desire to hire a dynamic and energetic administrative assistant to support various departments as well as be acting office manager. An ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Two or more years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft office
  • Experience with Gmail / Google drive is a plus
  • Positive Attitude and creative problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Comfort working with a wide variety of people and departments
  • Strong sense of professionalism and team work

This hire will report directly to the Controller but also work closely with the Chief Visionary Officer and sales team. Applicants will be evaluated on skills and culture fit within the HCC organization. Good people skills will be critical in this role.
